Looking for a stable career as a Tech Support & Sales representative with a stable and growing company? We are a security camera distributor and have positions available in Williamsville, New York.
We are looking for hard working and mature individuals to work with our team of dedicated individuals to help our small business grow. Duties include taking incoming calls, providing excellent technical support and sales advice to inquiring customers, and documenting technical support issues in our knowledgebase. In free time, you get to contribute to our blog about security cameras, and conduct product comparisons between the leading products in the industry. This is a great position for fresh graduates looking to establish themselves in the technical writing field.
Applicants must possess:
- High School Diploma at least, College education preferred
- Prior sales experience in retail or over the phone sales
- Problem solving ability
- Professionalism
- Organization skills very important as it is a busy multi-task environment
- Ability to work with a team and follow orders
- Strong communicator and listener
- Ability to write and communicate to customer via email
- Aptitude for learning technical skills
- Must be on time and punctual
- Proficient in using a Windows computer
- Proficient in Microsoft World, and Excel
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Must be able to drive or commute to work (no site visits to customers required)
We will provide on the job training if you have no prior experience in the CCTV industry. All candidates must be quick learners, and able to grasp simple technical concepts.
