Megapixel outdoor dome camera that features the latest HD technology which allows high definition security video to be sent over regular RG59 cable. Our EasyHD technology eliminates the need to change your wiring of your current analog CCTV camera system to achieve 1080p HD resolution. You can simply upgrade the cameras and DVR to attain megapixel resolution video. The new EasyHD technology allows you to also run video over longer distances compared to conventional cctv cameras. You can run up to 1600ft on a single run depending on the quality of your cabling.
The Vandal Proof Dome Camera has a 1 megapixel video sensor that provides true 720p resolution, and comes with a fixed 3.6mm Lens that provides a 80 degree angle of view. It also has 24 high intensity IR LEDs that provide night vision up to 66ft in complete darkness. This dome camera is made of metal and rated at IP67; it can withstand tampering and harsh weather compared to most security cameras on the market. It is also small in size and suitable for use where you need an elegant looking vandal resistant camera. The 3-axis bracket on the camera makes it easy to manipulate the eyeball unit of the camera and point it in the desired direction at the time of installation.

I upgraded to this camera a couple of months ago. I had eight dome camera's that were 600 TV Lines. The cameras I had were pretty good but these ones are much better. Be sure to get a HD digital video recorder if you want to use this camera. I ended up scrapping my old DVR and got a new tribrid from 123CCTV. Very happy with the better 720P picture!
