Mini High Definition PTZ Camera with 12X optical zoom for indoor or outdoor use. This PTZC12C pan tilt zoom camera comes with a built-in ceiling mount so it can be easily mounted to a drop ceiling indoors, or eaves/overhang outdoors. Thanks to its small size it is visually appealing for use indoors in offices, warehouses, and other types of businesses. This mini PTZ camera connects to the latest EasyHD DVR over RG59 coaxial cable. Thanks to the EasyHD technology, both video and data are carried over one coaxial cable, allowing easy connection of the camera to the DVR. The hassle of connecting to a complicated RS485 connection is eliminated.
Like its siblings, it features a 1/3" SONY Exmor Sensor, the best megapixel sensor in its price range that provides 1.3 megapixel resolution and outputs 720p video. This resolution far exceeds that of conventional CCTV cameras. In addition to the 12X optical zoom, it also has 16X digital zoom, making it possible for the camera to see detail far away. The 3D positioning offered by our HD DVRs and PTZ cameras makes it easy to zoom in at a point of interest. Simply draw a rectangle with your mouse on the camera video at the DVR, and the camera will zoom in to the location you outline.
It also comes with several professional features such as DWDR to help minimize glare. Also you can set 255 preset points on the camera through the DVR, and program up to 5 auto scans, 5 patterns and 8 tours. If you would like to connect this camera to a traditional PTZ joystick controller in addition to the DVR, you can do that through the RS485 connections on the camera.
