Hands on Networking Support

This service provides you with configuration of your one router's firewall (port forwarding) for setting up your DVR. Sit back, relax and watch as we remote into your computer, take control and setup your camera for you so that is fully functional, and viewable over the internet. The service is available from 10AM to 5PM US Eastern Time. After hours and weekend installation is not available. Remote installation for multiple wireless ip cameras is also available at a rate of $100 per Half Hour.

Please note this installation fee is recurring at $100 per half hour for each 30min increment of phone assistance received. We only support DVRs connected directly to the router/modem using a network cable. We do not support access points or other complex configurations.

All installation services and setup charges offered are final. We do not offer refunds on installation services and setup charges, no exceptions.
